WHAT’S BEHIND OUR NAME
According Oxford Dictionary of English, LEA means an open area of arable and fertile land.
Lea, a biblical matriarch, faced the challenging situation of being the unloved wife of Jacob, who was deeply in love with her sister Rachel. Despite this, Lea exhibited her fertility and gave birth to six children for Jacob. While Rachel was beloved but unable to conceive, Lea became a symbol of unconditional abundance, love, creativity, and generosity.

They say opposites attract and that is how, in 2002, Elena and Luca became a couple. Elena, a performer and Luca, an engineer. Despite coming from two completely different backgrounds with divergent stories, they soon discovered their common values: resilience, freedom, curiosity and creativity.
In 2010, they became parents to their son, Gabriele: the biggest transformation in their lives.
They had to reconsider their mindset and behaviour, but their biggest challenge was to find, in parallel, the best way to convey their values to their child and process their own emotions together with his. Gabriele taught them to be resourceful and flexible.
In 2013, they welcomed their second gift: their daughter, Arianna.
She taught them that love, acceptance and routine were the key for success in parenthood and triggered the deepest and strongest personal development project that Elena and Luca encountered as individuals, a couple and as a family.
In 2015, their corporate jobs together with their need for a new learning scene, brought them to Dubai (UAE), where they met many other individuals and professionals embarking on a journey similar to theirs and striving for fulfillment, success and growth. As a result, they created LEA Growing People to support every human being, family, and professional in their journey towards discovery, love and personal development.
LEA stands for " Learn -> Empower -> Achieve", 3 words for summarizing our coaching process.
According Oxford Dictionary of English, LEA means an open area of arable land.
And ultimately, Lea merges the essence of our names, Luca Elena Atti, together, because we believe in the unique value of our union.
