This fast modern life oriented towards results and achievements takes a big toll on us. With all the commitments we have between work, children, household, marriage, relationships, friends, pets….the list is endless, it is not surprising that so often we feel drained and down.
Yet! It doesn’t have to be this way! Even with all the commitments we have, we can still live a well-balanced life and feel charged and happy. The key is in self-care and putting the right habits in place.
In the 3 months long program I will take you on a very exciting journey of establishing habits that will charge you up, I will teach you useful tools on how to deal with your precious time in more efficient way and most importantly I will teach you how to honour yourself and distinguish between what serves you the best and what takes your energy away, including eating habits.
It takes 21 days to make a new habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle.
