My expertise in AI, Natural Language Processing, and my educational background fuel my passion for using technology to build a more equitable society. Having excelled in managing multicultural teams, I now mentor and train leaders globally at Google. Inspired by my experiences raising a neuro-diverse child, I founded LEA Growing People to unlock human potential, foster inclusive leadership, and create a happier world.

I am an experienced tech leader in the ICT industry, spearheading digital transformation strategies for top-tier clients like Google, Cisco, and HP. My expertise in AI and Natural Language Processing, coupled with a Master’s in Computer Science and an EMBA, drives my passion for exploring how technology intersects with human behavior to build a more equitable society.

Throughout my corporate career, I’ve excelled as a people manager, leading multicultural teams of engineers and technology consultants in emerging markets. At Google School for Leaders and Google School for Coaches, I actively mentor Google managers and train internal coaches globally.

Raising a neuro-diverse child highlighted the vital importance of emotional intelligence, inclusivity, and recognizing each individual’s unique talents as fundamental human rights. This realization inspired me to found LEA Growing People, aiming to unlock the full potential of individuals, leaders, and teams. My goal is to help them achieve exceptional results, foster inclusive, human-centered leadership, and ultimately contribute to a happier world for all.
