I support high achievers in their advancements and career transitions, empowering them to become resilient, building their self-confidence, emotional intelligence, communication and management skills by helping them respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset. As a seasoned coach I have co- founded, led and been a member of various coaching bodies including, the Lebanese Coach Association and ICF Lebanon Chartered Chapter. As head of the Women & Youth Committees and the “Ignite Project” aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals in education I facilitated group coaching and self-development workshops and trainings with different NGOs to empower underprivileged women and to equip the youth with soft skills and opportunities for future progress.
