Her extensive career includes pivotal roles such as PMO and C-Suite office head at major corporations, where she led the prioritization of strategic projects and coordinated significant initiatives, including corporate reorganizations and digitalization programs. Additionally, as a co-founder of a fintech startup, she managed securitization contracts with institutional investors, drove business development, and built up network channels, while also overseeing talent management and organizational HR topics.

Francesca holds an MBA from Columbia University, a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, and a Master in Professional Coaching. As an ACC-certified coach with the International Coach Federation, she focuses her coaching on leadership development, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and executive coaching.
