Dr. Mandy Zimmermann

Executive Coach

After working as the Global Quality Assurance and Analytical Excellence Manager for the Albemarle Corporation, I developed a passion for understanding interpersonal relationships, especially in cross-cultural and cross-functional settings.
By delivering coaching and training, my mission is to help global leaders with technical backgrounds to improve their interpersonal skills.
I stand for open mindedness, directness, and genuineness.

I have been developing teams and leaders across 4 continents as a global manager in the manufacturing industry. My coaching style is gentle but solution-oriented, inviting clients to explore emotions involved in their situation, assess their self-sabotaging behavior, take different perspectives,
and understand the personality and cultural styles of others to improve communication, collaboration, and leadership.
My own personal story shaped my mission as a coach. Being a German and having been living and working in different places (Chile, China, USA, Spain, United Arab Emirates, and Japan, amongst others), I experienced the impact of different cultures on personal relationships in the workplace and in life. I’m passionate about diversity and the synergies we can create from them.
Furthermore, as a Chemist and Engineer in management and leadership positions, I developed a curiosity for different thinking and behavioral styles.
Not only in cultural settings but also on an individual level.

The best Growth Marketing coach I’ve ever met. Great guy, great personality, and great knowledge on the subject matter. Not only did it make me learn new strategies on how to grow my businesses’ client base, but also learning how to market pretty much anything on any of my projects! I recommend especially to startups wanting to getting their hands on and grow their client base without needing to outsource it to an agency or hire a marketing team (at first).
