Carolina Nuti, PhD

Sociologist, Holistic Counselor

With a background in sociology and a passion for personal and collective transformation, Carolina has developed the ability to contextualize individual experiences within broader social and cultural dynamics.

She has a unique way of guiding people through moments of change, creating the conditions for clarity and purpose to emerge—transforming even stressful circumstances into opportunities for growth and thriving.

Her mission is to empower individuals to turn challenges into meaningful opportunities, fostering both personal and professional development. Known as “The Spark” by her clients, she has a rare gift for unlocking potential and catalyzing transformation.

After dedicating three years to full-time PhD research, Carolina felt the need to step into a life where they were the conscious creator of their reality. This journey led them to the Findhorn Community in Scotland, where they deepened their expertise in self-discovery, facilitation, and holistic counseling. As a certified Transformation Game Facilitator, they help individuals navigate pivotal life transitions with clarity and confidence.

Blending a rational mind with deep intuition, Carolina sees beyond the surface to uncover hidden possibilities for growth. Her ability to design solutions that benefit both individuals and the collective makes her a powerful force for change. Deeply passionate about community and empowerment, she also loves growing food, baking bread, and exploring life’s adventures with her daughter.
