During my career I have learned to access multiple resources, develop innovative ideas and precious relationships, identify market opportunities, let myself be inspired by the work of others and build the wealth of experiences necessary to carry out successful projects.
Driven by passion and by the desire for constant improvement, I have been conducting my own personal quest for over twenty years on topics such as: psychology, philosophy, sociology, neuroscience, human potential development, anthropology, shamanism.
I have had the opportunity to study and practice learning techniques, action learning, cooperative learning, mindfulness techniques, awareness development techniques with a synergistic approach: both cognitive-based and body-based.
My job is to unlock the potential that lies within people and organizations. I do it with ethics and passion, continually seeking harmony with myself, with others and with the environment in which I operate.
I train, accompany and support people – and organizations – in the process of learning, identifying and acquiring strategies and useful tools to achieve personal and professional goals.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also a Soft Skills Trainer and Human Resources Consultant. Human potential development is a lifelong passion for me.
Before starting my career as a Coach and Trainer, I was a Business Development Manager in the Boat Industry for 10 years. In 2008 I decided to leave the company that I worked with.
Even though I loved my job, I knew that I was not really using all of my talents and abilities. Most importantly, I felt that I was not living life to the fullest. My brother’s death shook me to the core and woke me up to a new way of looking at life. After his death, I realized that I had a responsibility: finding a path with a heart that would make my life worth living.
When I decided to go away and give up the certainty for the uncertain, I didn’t know if I would really be able to find my way and my place in the world.
After 12 years, I can say that I have been able to create a new life, much closer to the life that I know I can live and that I know I have come to live.
This experience has given me the confidence to continue believing in the possibility of changing, evolving and moving more and more towards my truest and most authentic realization.
In the summer of 2018, that is exactly ten years after the big decision to change my life, I decided to walk the Camino de Santiago from Irun to Santiago and then to Finisterre.
When I started my Camino, I didn’t think I would be able to walk for 31 days and for more than 800 km. I ended up making it and I can say that it was the most incredible, most extraordinary and most magical experience I have ever had. An experience that has opened new spaces within me, new possibilities and resources that now allow me to mobilize energies and resources that I didn’t even know I had.
The life journey that I have been on up until now has prepared me for what I am and for what I do now. By exploring my vulnerability, my weaknesses and my gray areas, I have discovered and found my courage, my strengths and the many colors that exist within me.
These are the elements on which I have invested most in the work on myself and with my clients and I wholeheartedly believe that it is precisely there that the real strengths lie and that the real resources exist, those that more than anything else will help both me and my clients turn my life and their lives into a true masterpiece.
