Andrea Cabassi

Trainer | Life&Business Coach | PMP Project Manager

After 16+ years in corporate roles across international environments—including as Senior Project Manager at GEA and Tetra Pak—and after a two-year solo journey around the world, I discovered a new purpose: guiding people through change with clarity, courage, and structure. By being diagnosed and living with ulcerative colitis I discover my mission is to support individuals, as a coach and trainer, in building resilience through purposeful choices, navigating transitions and designing lives aligned with their values. I stand for freedom, authenticity, lifelong growth, and the power of intentional living.

Originally from Parma, Italy, he spent over 16 years in international corporate roles, leading complex teams and projects as a Project Manager for organizations such as GEA and Tetra Pak. That chapter of his life gave him deep business acumen, a strong sense of structure, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures and contexts.

But a personal event radically shifted his trajectory: a serious accident left his brother-in-law in a coma, leading him to deeply question his own priorities and purpose. Two years later, he chose to take a bold step—leaving behind his corporate path to travel solo for two years around the world, while managing a chronic condition he had lived with since 1998.

That sabbatical became a transformative journey. It awakened in him a renewed commitment to freedom, presence, and the courage to live a life designed from the inside out.

Today, he channels this lived experience into his work as a coach and trainer. Passionate about human-centered leadership, meaningful transitions, and resilience through change, he helps clients gain clarity, move forward with confidence, and align their actions with what truly matters to them.

He has designed and delivered online programs followed by hundreds of people, supporting them through career shifts, personal reinventions, and complex decisions. His approach blends corporate rigor with empathy, structure with flexibility, and strategy with heart.

He stands for freedom, authenticity, resilience, lifelong growth, and the power of intentional, values-driven choices. His motto says it all:
“If you don’t like where you are, move. You’re not a tree!”
