Now based in Dubai, they focus on HR consultancy and Emotional Intelligence coaching, helping leaders enhance self-awareness, resilience, and team effectiveness.

Throughout their career, they have successfully led HR consultancy projects for IB schools, third-party administrators, and insurance companies.
